On March 29, 2019 at AGC, several Wacky Women attended a surprise party for Ian Bruchhauser. He will be competing in Augusta at the National finals of the Drive, Chip and Putt competition.
A joint initiative founded in 2013 by the Masters Tournament, United States Golf Association and The PGA of America, Drive, Chip and Putt is a free nationwide junior golf development competition aimed at growing the game by focusing on the three fundamental skills employed in golf.
Drive, Chip and Putt is one of the two charities that we Wackies raise money for during our June fundraiser. The money we raised helped Ian to compete in regional competitions. He is a wonderful, polite, 15-year old and we cannot wait to watch him. The competition will be televised April 7 starting at 8am EDT on the Golf Channel.
